As your Property Manager, MaxWell Performance will take care of:

  •  Finding good quality of tenants through advertising, screening, and application process;
  •  Acting as the liaison between tenant and owner; 
  •  Property Inspections at the time of tenant move in and move out - Infrastructure assessments; 
  •  Coordinating maintenance such as lawn care & snow removal; 
  •  Collecting monthly rent, and security deposit handling on your behalf; 
  •  Receiving complaints and maintenance requests from tenants and manage accordingly; 
  •  Maintaining relationships and contracts with service providers in order to reduce costs;  
  •  Creating and managing budget for your property, providing you with financial statements, as needed; 
  • Providing you with an annual survey to request feedback on performance from us and our service providers.


Property Maintenance

  • Manage lease inquiries, screen tenants & process applications
  • Run credit and reference checks
  • Move in and move out tenant inspections out and routine on-site inspections
  • Preventative Maintenance
  • Ensure facilities operate efficiently, safely, and legally
  • Provide LIVE emergency services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
  • Write contracts and supervise contractors as necessary for onsite work

  • Data entry and back up of all files
